Frequent sanitizing and improved ventilation in common areas
High-touch surfaces are sanitized frequently.
Plexiglass is set up at the front desk to help prevent droplet transmission.
Disinfection spray is available for guests to use in their rooms.
We have temporarily discontinued tea service upon room arrival to ensure safe physical distancing between hotel staff and guests.
We have temporarily discontinued our buffet-style dining options. Guests may select from individual course meals for both dinner and breakfast. Tables are placed as far apart as possible in dining areas.
Entry to public baths is limited, and guests are given a time limit during peak times.
We have temporarily discontinued services in our lobby café and lounge.
Employee safety and health
Hotel staff wear masks at all times.
All company employees must have their temperature taken and complete health procedures before beginning work.

We will be taking your temperature with a non-contact thermometer when you check in. Customers who feel unwell or are running a fever will be asked to contact a healthcare provider for an appointment.
Masks are required in all common areas.
